For us, the design of your molds and molded parts is more than the mere simulation of the injection process. As important as mold flow analyses are to ensure the uniform distribution of the liquid plastic within the selected process, we go one step further for the sake of your product quality: We carry out reliable process evaildation (DOE) with Varimos.

Toolmaking – interface between development & production

with toolmaking and moldmaking, we put the joint planning into practice. With the awareness that only good tools can produce good plastic parts, we place the highest value on precision and quality right from the start.

after the tools and molds have been implemented and optimized, production begins. To safeguard production in the long term, the molds are maintained according to specified maintenance schedules. Data required for this purpose is recorded and stored directly on the mold by means of an RFID chip.
