Insert Moulding<\/b><\/h2>\n

The integration of threaded inserts, cylindrical pins and special inserts made of metal or plastic are typical application examples for insert molding or insert technology in our production. Here, we strive to implement solutions that are as fully automated as possible in order to ensure optimized production costs while meeting high quality requirements. In insert molding, many factors determine the result: the shape and design of the injection molded part or the matching of the different materials to each other, as well as special requirements in terms of tightness, insert tolerances and wear.<\/pee>It is possible to overmold the inserts completely or only partially. Overmolding is often used, especially for inserts such as threaded inserts, which are intended to strengthen the mechanical properties of plastic parts. This is particularly advantageous for end products that are repeatedly assembled.<\/pee><\/div>\n
